<p><strong>Product Designer | UIUX </strong></p><p><br></p><p>At M2 we are looking for a seasoned, user centered <strong>Product Designer</strong> with strong<strong> UX </strong>and <strong>UI </strong>skills.</p><p>As a Product Designer, you play a central role along with your teammates in designing future-proof products and services, and helping our users adapt in an increasingly complex and changing industry.</p><p><strong>You have over 5 years of experience and multiple successful projects under your belt in respect to crypto products.</strong></p><p>You take a hands-on role and have considerable experience in Product Design and collaborate with PMs and Engineers within a cross functional environment.</p><p>You push design forward with brilliant creative ideas and compelling designs, delivering quality material with a fine attention to detail. At M2, we constantly challenge ourselves and our users to achieve the best possible outcome.</p><p>We’re all about setting you up to succeed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Help Product and Tech teams to Design unmatched solutions</li><li>Play a central role in our Cross functional teams and lead the Design direction by making sense of our challenges/opportunities, turning this understanding into great user centered solutions</li><li>Take an active, hands-on role in discovery and ideation with team members to create new digital solutions, and then take them from concept to final outcomes</li><li>Work along our Product and Tech teams in launching new products and studies by including them in the Design process</li><li>Work within the organization to continue building an ambitious, collaborative design culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Over 5 years of experience in designing best-in-class services and products – and the portfolio to prove it</li><li>Good knowledge running discovery and ideation studies/initiatives articulating the reasons behind design decisions</li><li><strong>UX and UI</strong> skills with outstanding attention to detail; including a love for typography, colour, and overall graphic design</li><li>The ability to quickly sketch flows and interactions, build high fidelity wireframes and create interactive prototypes</li><li>A deep-seated love for seeing your designs to the end and doing the hands-on work to get there</li><li>Experience in agile methods and working within a development team are a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At M2 diversity is our strength and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
