We bring innovative services to healthcare and our primary focus lies in cancer care & support, emergency treatment, pain management, New generics and Rare diseases. </span></p><p><span><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></span></p><p>As a part of our expansion drive, we are hiring for the position of Area sales manager for Dubai and NE , to be responsible for both private and government sales / performance activities.</p><p><strong>The position will involve independent coverage as well as supervision of sales team</strong>. </p><p>For further details you may view our website.</p><p>https://pharmasolutions-int.com/partnership.php</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Successfully manage specialty products across the assigned territory/region through engagement with relevant internal & external stakeholders, delivering patient-focused detailing tailored for HCPs.</p><p> </p><p>The candidate will also assist Business Unit Manager in overseeing the successful design & implementation of commercial strategies to deliver performance through End-To-End solutions-driven approach to account management.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>* Deliver commercial strategies in a defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions by being a trusted Advisor to HCPs.</p><p>* Monitor product performance monthly and recommend required actions through developing and effectively executing a robust territory business plan aligned to commercial sales strategy.</p><p>* Coach and lead a small team of field executives to outperform their duties and sales objectives </p><p>* Drive End-To-End patient solutions & tracking to support the product supply process & coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage the products’ shelf-life.</p><p>* Work closely with the tender team to provide timely feedback on proposed prices, RFQ follows up and overall tender process in coordination with the Unit Manager.</p><p>* Conduct frequent effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness /education.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Scope:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Government sector and private sector accounts for DXB/NE </p><p> </p><p><strong>Accountability:</strong></p><p> </p><p>- Drive optimum sales performance and results through clever territory management.</p><p>- Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.</p><p>- Maintains and grows relationships</p><p>Develop, agree and implement area business plan, prioritizing key risks & opportunities per account and optimize resources to maximize results.</p><p>- Carry out marketing-specific tasks that will address market needs to drive the portfolio’s performance.</p><p>- Ensure specialty care key account expedited access timelines and manage brands enlisting into key account formularies.</p><p>- Monitor performance based on Lead KPI’s.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications/Experience:</strong></p><p> </p><p>* Science or Pharmacy degree with 2-5 years experience in dealing with the Hospitals. Government exposure would be preferred. </p><p>* Experience in Oncology, and pain management is desired. </p><p>* A new product launch/formulary enlisting experience is preferred.</p><p>* Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate high-quality complicated scientific content.</p><p>* Well-developed commercial acumen: Including sound business analytics, business case development, and commercial modeling.</p><p>* Resilient, self-motivated, persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.</p><p>* Fluent in spoken and written English.
