Senior Product Designer
Job Description
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional units to design innovative solutions for various digital platforms, including web and mobile.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Visualize Complexity: Synthesize data from various sources to create clear and intuitive visual representations that provide insight into the context and future directions of our products.</li><li>Own the User Experience: Take charge of the user experience, user interactions, and visual design across the entire platform lifecycle, from conceptualization to multiple releases and launches.</li><li>Ideation and Prototyping: Drive the creative process by generating ideas, crafting concept designs, wireframes, and information architecture. Rapidly produce multiple concept designs and prototypes, knowing when to focus on pixel-perfect detail or use low-fi sketches.</li><li>Design Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in design systems and create polished visual designs adhering to Material Design and iOS standards.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design best practices, ensuring alignment with the company’s business, innovation, and brand strategy.</li><li>Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to gather data and input, align design strategy, and ensure successful execution of your design vision.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Experience: Possess at least 5 years of design experience as a Senior UX and UI Visual Designer, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional digital products.</li><li>Thoughtful Portfolio: Showcase a diverse portfolio that not only highlights aesthetically pleasing outcomes but also emphasizes the thought process behind your designs.</li><li>User-Centric Approach: Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies, demonstrating the ability to choose and apply the appropriate methods for each project.</li><li>Design Excellence: Display a keen eye for exceptional design, backed by a strong foundation in digital platforms and an unwavering passion for your craft.</li><li>Proficient with Design Tools: Mastery of design and prototyping tools, with our primary design tool being Figma.</li><li>Agile and Adaptable: Thrive in a highly iterative, user-centered design process, both as part of a team and individually.
