<br><p><strong>Position</strong>: Project Manager – Fitout</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> <strong>AUH</strong>-UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description Responsibilities </strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Preferable to have experience in the luxury villa and hotels&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise the project team</li><li>do a presentation and negotiation with the client direct.</li><li>Monitor the project progress and achieve the target deadline</li><li>Problem-solving.</li><li>Cost control.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Good experience in claim variations, and preparing the progress reports.</li><li>Managing and coordinating with the sub contactors and suppliers</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experiences &amp; Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Architect, interior designer, or civil Engineer</li><li>Minimum 7 years in FITOUT Is Must</li><li>Communication skill</li><li>AutoCad, Primavera etc</li><li>Joining – immediately is preferable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Applicant should send the CV and covering letter to HR Email mentioning in subject “Project Manager</strong><strong>”&nbsp;</strong><strong>–&nbsp;Only immediate joiner apply</strong></p>
