<p><strong>Flow Talent</strong> is working with a leading financial technology company who are hiring a <strong>Program Manager</strong> for their <strong>Dubai</strong> office.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a comprehensive plan, and lead the execution of multiple platforms /teams to establish best practices and high-level performance.</li><li>Responsible for the technology Portfolio of the business.</li><li>Direct and manage the implementation of multiple initiatives related to the improvement of the Banks information systems and processes.</li><li>Manage the overall projects portfolio and related initiatives, and monitor project budgets and resource allocation, optimising the utilisation of resources while maintaining objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business. </strong>MBA is a plus.</li><li><strong>At least 10+ years’ experience in Information Technology.</strong></li><li><strong>Must have hands-on experience in implementing banking applications and strong knowledge of technical processes including EPM and Change Management. </strong></li><li><strong>Proven experience on Asset onboarding platforms and lending Software.</strong></li><li>Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
