<p><strong>Store Manager, Dubai </strong> </p><br><br><br><br><p> Our client is an MNC which is one of the world’s major players in sports apparel and footwear. </p><br><br><br><br><p> <strong> Responsibilities: </strong> </p><br><br><ul><br> <li> Manage outlet keys, outlet daily opening, closure. </li><br> <li> Hire team members. </li><br> <li> Develop strategies and lead team members to achieve target. </li><br> <li> Provide training to team members. </li><br> <li> Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines. </li><br> <li> Manage AND MAINTAIN STOCK. </li><br> <li> Update budget for monthly and annually sales target. </li><br> <li> Prepare management report monthly. </li><br></ul><br><br><br><br><p> <strong> Requirements: </strong> </p><br><br><ul><br> <li> Minimum 2-4 years of experience as store manager with Shoe/Fashion/Apparel group. </li><br> <li> Good communication skills. </li><br> <li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office. </li><br> <li> Arabic / Western speakers preferred.</li></ul>
