This job is to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, secure new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and proactively pursue potential leads in the Food and Beverage industry. </li><li>Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends, positioning the platform as the ideal solution.</li><li>Nurture existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key accounts. </li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving requirements and ensure the platform meets their specific demands.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. </li><li>Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of each prospect.</li><li>Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. </li><li>Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular progress reports to the management team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment of efforts and a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the Food and Beverage industry. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and prospects.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and expand professional networks.</li><li>Constantly seek opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer interactions.</li><li>Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.</li><li>Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.</li><li>Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Role Specifications</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>Educational Qualification</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Work Experience</em></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 to 7 years working experience in a similar role.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in successful sales achievements, particularly in the Food and Beverage industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Skills/Behavioral Competencies</em></p><ul><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.</li></ul><p></p>
