<p><strong>Assistant Government Relations Officer</strong></p><p><strong>NES Fircroft – Dubai, UAE</strong></p><p><strong>_______________________________________</strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for an experienced PRO to be part of our team based in Dubai.</strong></p><p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Establish good relations with government offices to conduct smooth and efficient business</strong></li><li>Acts as a liaison with government agencies to ensure that Company affairs are handled expediently and that a good relationship is maintained / built.</li><li>Organize all routine processing of Immigration documents e.g. residence, work permits, medical examination, and visas, to complete all the necessary legal formalities.</li><li>Possess good working knowledge of MOHRE systems, DMCC or TECOM immigration portals and Ministry of labor online systems.</li><li>Provide advice, guidance and assistance regarding government related matter to ensure that all employees understand the requirements of government authorities</li><li>Deliver and expedite the processing of highly confidential applications to ensure that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong></li><li>Ideally 6+ years’ experience in Public / Government relations</li><li>Must be able to fulfill day to day PRO duties in office and GRO duties outside the office by visiting the required Government departments</li><li>Must have good communication skills and be adaptable, flexible and extremely proactive</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>It is an exciting time to be joining NES Fircroft working with professional, motivated people who have a determination to succeed.</em></p><ul><li><em>With over 90 years’ combined experience, NES Fircroft is proud to be the world’s leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide with over 100 offices in 45 countries.
