<strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong><p><br></p>The Sales Executive – BMS, Fire &amp; Security is a key role reporting directly to Sales Director– GCC. You will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing our market share with new business customers in Qatar and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on BMS, Fire &amp; Security portfolio.<p><br></p>As a member of the determined team, you will work within an environment that provides a platform and resources for you to learn and use your experience to generate new business.<p><br></p><strong><u>How You Will Do It</u></strong><p><br></p>As a Sales Executive:<p><br></p><ul><li>You will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among BMS, Fire and Security solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.</li><li>You will qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers</li><li>You will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.</li><li>Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.</li><li>You are determined and consistent in your approach to work in a multifaceted environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.</li><li>You will adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while driving professional responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Required</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>What we look for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University Degree – Bachelors’ in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience focused on sales and installation solutions for BMS, Fire &amp; Security business within Qatar region</li><li>Excellent customer management skills and an ability to communicate sophisticated business ideas</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales target within the Qatar market</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities</li><li>Strong presentation and ability to influence key customers, consultants, and owners</li><li>Independent, innovative, strategic-thinking, and able to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Qatar Driving License</li></ul>
