Our client is currently looking to hire an Associate – Construction Disputes to be based in Doha, Qatar.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Circa 2 to 4 PQE</li><li>Experience of drafting and negotiating real estate and construction contractual documentation is preferable</li><li>Experience of FIDIC based Construction Contracts (including other main standard forms), consultant appointments, collateral warranties preferable</li><li>Wider experience of EPC contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, project agreements would be beneficial but not essential</li><li>Good remuneration package on offer</li></ul>
