Job description:<br><br> Job Purpose <ul> <li> <p>Conduct and evaluate HSEQ training programs to fulfill the company’s mandatory and skill training requirements for employees.<br><br></p> </li> </ul> Job Context &amp; Major Challenge(s)  <ul> <li> <p>The role requires (1) operating in technical environment with multiple asset locations with different requirements and priorities e.g., onshore, offshore, housing, offices etc; (2) dealing with assets that are constantly changing, requiring adaptation of training programs; (3) a high degree of self-direction; (4) periodically dealing with short deadlines and under time pressure to meet deliverables for customers and stakeholders. <br><br></p> </li> </ul> Key Job Accountabilities  <ul> <li> <p>Support the development of standard methods of instruction and prepares training programs for the new recruits / trainee to accomplish their Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Individual Training Plans (ITPs) etc.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver training for company employees / contactors / visitors on the requisite HSEQ for the use and practice within the organisation.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Support the development of training monitoring &amp; evaluation systems to ensure consistent reporting, analysis of results, timely follow-up and close out of gaps to enhance training quality and effectiveness.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain HSEQ policies and procedures which are fit for department training purposes.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain training related equipment, facilities, and training aids operational at all times and meets relevant codes and standards and Company policy &amp; procedures.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Support in conducting training in HSEQ programs for external stakeholders including employee families, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, and local communities.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain training records and issue training cards and certifications.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct assessment and tests for training that requires that test.<br><br></p> </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.<br><br></p> </li> </ul> Knowledge and/or Experience  <ul> <li> <p>6 years’ experience in safety operations within Oil and Gas industry.<br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of current national and international legislation related to HSEQ.  <br><br></p> </li> <li> <p>Requires emphasis on safety, training and operations.<br><br></p></li></ul>
