The Company delivers the majority of the country’s crude oil production and natural gas supply.<p><br></p>Purpose of the Job<p><br></p>Manage the execution of pipeline maintenance, inspection & corrosion monitoring activities in the respective area as per maintenance reference plan for each pipeline in addition of non routine corrective activities and deleiver relevant part of pipeline emenrgency response including isolation, depressurization, repair for leaking pipelines. This also include planning, route cause analysys for some anomilieas, proposing solutions and deleiver maintenance, inspection and repair to company standards<p><br></p>Education & Experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil or Materials Engineering discipline with a minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in the Petroleum industry, particularly in the field of pipeline engineering, inspection, integrity assessment or related functions.</li><li> Experience in pipeline maintenance, corrosion monitoring, inspection and repair</li><li> Good technical knowledge in interpretation of inspection data, and the assessment of remaining strength of corroded pipelines</li><li> Good technical knowledge of pipeline engineering covering pipeline design, construction, material, corrosion threats and corrosion controls</li><li> Good technical knowledge in pipeline integrity management system in terms of relevant standards, development, planning, budgeting and excecution</li><li> Good interpersonal, communication, report writing, planning and contract management skills to complement the technical knowledge requirement</li><li> Ability to show pipeline maintenance, inspection and repair activities status and drive toward acceptable execution to company standards with optimum cost</li><li> Ability to work under pressure and under tight delivery deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Delegated Company Site Representative for pipeline maintenance contracts</li><li> Manage site performance for pipeline maintenance contractor interms of execution, quality and HSE</li><li> Manage and supervise pipeline maintenance, inspection and repairs activities such as pigging, valves, trap doors, etc. and keeping asset aeams informed of work details, progress and concerns through company reporting systems</li><li> Manage and supervise corrosion monitoring and relevant activities, e.g. CP monitoring, data gathering, ensure data quality, reporing and initial analysis of any annomilies</li><li> Plan and perform routine audits, inspections and surveillance visits to verify work and materials, including HSE, Omanization, QA/QC and activity execution are in accordance with PDO requirement.</li><li> Review cost estimates for non-routine activities and raise notification in SAP accordingly</li><li> Ensure maintaining required spare parts to execute pipeline maintenance, inspection and repair activities</li><li> Order spare parts for pipeline maintenance and follow-up with procurement team to deleiver on time</li><li> Review method of statement for isolating, depressurizing and evacuating/venting hydrocarbon from pipeline facility</li><li> Ensure that Critical Tasks related to Asset Integrity-Process Safety Management (AI-PSM), as defined in the Procedural Manual, are undertaken and executed.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Other Job Details
