<p>The Organizational Development Expert, is responsible for the provision of strategic Human Resource organization development and planning activities, including designing the Organization structure, conducting Manpower Planning activities, Succession Planning, Career Management, developing and managing the HR strategy, and managing the Human Resource Information System for the organization.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Contribute to the HR strategy and business plan as it relates to HR Strategy &amp; Planning, develop and supervise the execution of the department annual plan and milestones to achieve the overall business plan.</li><li>Assist in monitoring the operational performance of the department against the approved targets and KPIs.</li><li>Assist in developing the departmental budget and monitoring the financial performance of the department against the approved budget.</li><li>Design organization’s structure, through prober implementation job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation workload analysis.</li><li>Ensure grading structure, employee’s benefits, and salary structure are regularly updated to ensure employees retention and provide growth opportunities within the Organization.</li><li>Develop and implement the HR systems policies and processes, as well as system architecture, and continuously improve these, in line with HR policy framework.</li><li>Manage the HR system to track all employee data and information, and ensure they are updated accurately into the system.</li><li>Support the HR function in proactively collecting and analyzing data to inform decisions efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Provide data required to concerned division/department heads, while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with approved policies and procedures, conducting surveys to assess satisfaction rate of staff requesting/receiving data.</li><li>Conduct regular crosschecks, and trial &amp; error tests to maintain data and system integrity, and update and provide solutions to any identified discrepancies, rationalizing data sources from different areas in order to reduce double/triple entry and improve accuracy of data.</li><li>Make recommendations to enhance existing human resources policies and procedures, through automation.</li><li>Identify, make recommendations, and assist with the implementation of the automation of HR</li><li>processes.</li><li>Coordinate with the IT Department for any installations, maintenance, and upgrade equirements.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and /or HR / or equivalent</p><p>HR Professional Qualification – (CIPD or equivalent)</p><p>Professional Certification in Job Evaluation, Organizational Design </p><p>10 Years’ experience in developing comprehensive organization development, corporate planning and organizational performance policies and procedures in a large and complex organization.</p>
