Review Honeywell internal standards for Honeywell products. Provides consultancy to the various project teams to ensure successful completion of projects achieving required quality.<br><br>Shall interface directly with customer inspectors ensuring compliance with customer standards.<br><br>Supports the implementation of projects in line with project quality objectives including continuous improvement of production, customer satisfaction and schedule.<br><br>Determine lesson learned to be applied for new projects.<br><br>Act as expert in resolving quality issues with 3rd part inspectors and Saudi Aramco VID.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Meet regularly Saudi Aramco Inspectors and other customers addressing their concerns</li><li>Prepare project quality plans and ITPs for Honeywell projects and products</li><li>Monitor execution of project quality plan</li><li>Send and track inspection notifications</li><li>Conduct pre-inspection meetings and in process inspection with customer inspectors</li><li>Generate compliance report to Saudi ARAMCO standards</li><li>Review shipments to be released to customer</li><li>Review quality requirements in customer contracts.</li><li>Generate/prepare declaration of compliance as per ITP</li><li>Report quality status for products within the project</li><li>Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the project team group</li><li>Share lesson leaned with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines</li><li>Make CA/PA and root cause analysis for internal or external NCRs</li><li>Apply six sigma tools to investigate or resolve quality issues</li><li>Make site visit and inspection where required within projects</li><li>Support quality lead in external audits</li><li> Conduct internal audits as per Honeywell procedures<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Experience &amp; Capabilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Experience as Quality in production of automation cabinets/panels</li><li>Experience in Quality Management process. </li><li>At least 1 to 3 years of applicable experience</li><li>At least 1 year of Saudi Aramco project execution experience (preferrable)</li><li>Any related certification to Quality control and assurance</li><li>Expert knowledge of cabinet/panel wiring and component mounting</li><li>Working Knowledge of MS Office.
