<p>Webuild Group has an open position of <strong>Vendor Specialist</strong> for our Neom Project </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Supporting the definition and implementation of the Vendor Management system, in compliance with the principles of the Group’s Code of Ethics and Organization, Management and Control model. </p><p>• Managing the supplier qualification process, while coordinating with the Procurement Manager, to verify the vendor list coverage for each product class;</p><p>• Defining, coordinating with the relevant Departments, the parameters and performance indicators (KPI) of service, commercial, QHSE, financial and qualitative levels of suppliers/contractors, proceeding with the collection of the related data, to determine the overall rating and ensure that the vendor list is managed and updated;</p><p>• Executing, where necessary, periodic assessments and technical visits/inspections to qualify and manage suppliers/contractors, supported by the relevant Departments, to assess the technical-operational skills and other relevant figures, for contractual obligation compliance purposes;</p><p>• Analysing vendor rating reports and, in the event of deviations, preparing corrective plans and actions – coordinating with the Procurement Manager – to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and maintenance of service levels;</p><p>• Supporting supplier/contractor relations management activities</p>
