<strong><u>General Description</u></strong><p><br></p>Develop and maintain a sales territory and recruitment team for Supplemental Health Care using Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.<p><br></p><strong><u>Essential Job Functions</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop quarterly sales, marketing, and recruiting strategies to establish and/or expand staffing business</li><li>Directly recruit and retain field talent to fill client needs, and directly assist in the growth of the market</li><li>Manage a healthy budget for Division</li><li>Establish long-term business goals and projects with Management</li><li>Address client and talent concerns and problems effectively and timely</li><li>Present appropriate features of the Supplemental Advantage and benefits to meet clients’ and talent needs as well as handle objections</li><li>Retain flexible schedules in order to service clients request and/or handle complaints</li><li>Hire, train and develop office talent as needed to maintain a solid profitable team with growth based on need/revenue; coach/mentor and establish weekly expectations to perform job requirements</li><li>Conduct daily white board meetings and weekly wrap-up meetings</li><li>Maintain minimum standards for position and Division</li><li>Communicate and implement corporate vision and initiatives</li><li>Make presentations to appropriate associations/organizations to increase awareness of Supplemental Health Care presence and to promote local and national services</li><li>Manage internal and external company policies including but not limited to Human Resources, Accounting and Quality Assurance</li><li>Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork; manage staff accordingly</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Position may be listed as a Sr Regional Director, Regional Director, Sr Regional Manager or Regional Manager level according to production and/or past experience</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years equivalent experience required, preferably in the health care industry</li><li>Bachelorβs Degree preferred</li><li>Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition</li><li>Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience</li><li>Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization</li><li>Ability to work independently and with other team members</li><li>Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer</li><li>Must have excellent negotiating skills</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Must have prior experience and/or basic knowledge of recruiting/sales</li><li>Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet</li><li>Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>Base Pay is $55,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions<p><br></p>Salary range may vary due to different state requirements<p><br></p><strong><u>Diversity Statement</u></strong><p><br></p>We are greater when we are equal.
