<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.</li><li>Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.</li><li>Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements</li><li>Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.</li><li>Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.</li><li>Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.</li><li>Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.</li><li>Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline</li><li>Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks</li><li>Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Good knowledge of HRDF </li><li>Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes and procedures</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.</li><li>2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar.</li></ul>
