<p><u>Position</u>: Area Project Manager</p><p><u>Job location</u>: Iraq – Baghdad</p><p><u>Working days</u>: Saturday – Thursday</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Job Description</u></p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project in central air conditioning system and VRF System from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline to handover the project. This individual should also have an experience managing team work and be an effective communicator.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Responsibilities</u></p><p>- Direct and oversee the completion of the project.</p><p>- Develop plan of action including schedule and work progress.</p><p>- Manage the projects and team work in each project.</p><p>- Coordination with the clients to meet their requirement.</p><p>- Submit weekly work progress report to the management.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u> -</p><p>-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (HVAC).</p><p>-Experience (5 years) as a minimum in Project Management in the same field.</p><p>-Good knowledge in computer software.</p><p>-Resident in Baghdad governorate only.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Please send your CV to</u>: <strong>job.warth.2017@gmail.com</strong></p>
