We have been ranked in FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to work for since 1998.<p><br></p><strong><u>About The Job And Expected Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.</li><li>Following up on booking coming from different channels and organize accordingly using Open Table or similar software.</li><li>Good knowledge of the food &amp; beverage offers with the ability to effectively provide descriptions to our customers and drive the service team.</li><li>Maintain quality control for all food served.</li><li>Ensure smooth process of restaurant and lounge reservations.</li><li>Project future needs for goods, restaurant supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.</li><li>Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.</li><li>Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.</li><li>Assist Rest Manager/ Ass.
