Pre-Sales Engineer (VoIP & IT)

<p><span>We are looking for a qualified and committed candidate to fulfill our requirements for a Pre-Sales Engineer to present, design, propose and recommend IP Telephony, Contact Center and other VoIP &amp; IT solutions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain technical competencies for all products.</li><li>Analyze the customers’ needs, issues, and interests.</li><li>Meet the clients either onsite or remotely to discuss the requirements and present the possible solution options.</li><li>Formulate the most relevant solutions to achieve the different businesses objectives.</li><li>Prepare the offering documents (technical &amp; financial).</li><li>Follow up and keep monitoring the progress of projects.</li><li>Participate and present the company in tenders and practices.</li><li>Participate effectively in meeting the sales targets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>BSc. in Communications Engineering or Computer Science.</li><li>Pre-Sales Experience for at least One Year (Experience in VoIP Solutions is a plus).</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and handle different customer needs and changes.</li><li>Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying positive attitude.</li><li>VOIP and Networking background.</li><li>CCNA certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong presentation skills.</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Office products.</li><li>Excellent command in English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Interested candidates are kindly requested to send their CV’s on: </span>jobs@aura-tech.net<span> with “Pre-Sales Engineer” written in the mail subject.</span></p><p><br></p>
