<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>The Designer will work closely with the Digital team in the development, implementation and delivery of marketing, advertising &amp; social media design material, corporate brand and communication tools. He will be responsible for generating creative design ideas, developing visual communication concepts.<p><br></p><strong><u>Primary Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Designs and develops multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound and/or content for clients’ use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.</li><li>Works with clients and project team to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.</li><li>Designs Web interfaces; develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials to be used, create engaging animations using After Effects &amp; other animation applications.</li><li>Creates visual representations of concepts and ideas.</li><li>Create clear content structure and categorization.</li><li>Has great design and visual skills with knowledge of different software.</li><li>Translates business needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging</li><li>Identifies problems and executes effective solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>AD-Hocks Assignment/reports</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>As per the Direct Manager’s requests</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Client relationship skills</li><li>Customer service skills</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Decision making skills</li><li>Video Editing skills</li><li>Analytical skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BA/BFA in Design, or strong portfolios showcasing your creative thinking process as well as visually compelling, practical and emotionally engaging design work</li><li>2-3 years of PR, advertising, branding or agency experience</li><li>Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Keen ability to take criticism and incorporate feedback to make your designs better</li><li>Positive and enthusiastic attitude to pursue atypical ideas that inspire action</li><li>Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels</li><li>Strong design style and ‘solution’ driven creative skills, with a flair for art direction and animation.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work Conditions</strong><p><br></p>The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate:<p><br></p><ul><li>Office environment is general office setting</li><li>Some travel may be required</li><li>Must reside in Amman or be willing to relocate.</li><li>Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations</li></ul>
