<p><strong>Menaitech is the leading HCIS provider in the MENA region; for over 20 years, menaitech’s name has been synonymous with innovation in human capital information systems and HR technology across the Middle East and North Africa. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>With one of the most specialized HR solutions used by over 4,000 satisfied clients and 1.5 million users across the region. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>With our state-of-the-art Human Resources, Talent Management, Payroll, and Personnel solutions (and much more), we help bring about a complete digital transformation to digitize the workspace, which leads to minimizing operational costs, saving time to focus on strategy, and empowering the employees.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Drive revenue through new client acquisition for SaaS Solutions & (Cloud Services).</p><p>• Building and managing the sales pipeline involves working closely with marketing and Inside Sales teams.</p><p>• Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.</p><p>• Understand and analyze Client needs and offer services accordingly.</p><p>• Engage with the account management/delivery/implementation training team to determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules during the Sales process.</p><p>• Self-driven and focused on planning, prospecting, bidding, negotiating, and managing to close extensive ticket sales opportunities to meet fiscal & planned financial targets.</p><p>• Prospecting for customer retention by structured management of the day-to-day activities to achieve a complete sales cycle and account management tasks.</p><p>• Develop and manage client portfolios.</p><p>• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.</p><p>• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.</p><p>• Improve onboarding processes.</p><p>• Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.</p><p>• Mediate between clients and the organization.</p><p>• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.</p><p>• Minimize customer churn.</p><p>• Aid in product design and product development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.</p><p>• Minimum two years of experience in direct b2b sales & experience.</p><p>• Strong prospecting & closing skills.</p><p>• Energetic & passionate.</p><p>• Experience in Consultative Technology B2B Sales.</p><p>• Strong technical aptitude (ideally good familiarity with CRM, ERP & HRIS).</p><p>• Experience in selling SaaS software.</p>
