<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a SaaS Sales Account Manager. This position plays a critical role in selling our software solutions to corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle process, from prospecting to closing deals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with clients.</li><li>Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in B2B sales within the SaaS, Data, Tech, or Telco industry.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully engaging in face-to-face sales with decision-makers and customers.</li><li>Experience in selling software and related solutions, such as Fintech, content, and other technologies and services to industries like Telco, Banks, Hospitality groups, Logistics, and delivery companies.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce CRM reporting.</li><li>Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to showcase our solutions effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Positive, enthusiastic, and highly energetic approach to work.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct the direct sales process, including lead qualification, understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, pricing negotiation, and contract signing.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to understand and communicate customer requirements effectively.</li><li>Evaluate potential customers’ needs and demonstrate how our products and services can address their specific requirements.</li><li>Exceed quota targets by successfully establishing and closing sales of our products and services.</li><li>Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring timelines for implementation are set and followed up on as agreed with the clients.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a self-driven professional with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the SaaS.
