Example: From AED8,000)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Account Strategy Manager</strong></p><p>The Account Strategy Manager position is responsible for managing and growing our top clients’ business while also taking on additional team-level responsibilities. As an Account Strategy Manager, you will work closely with our top clients on strategic growth and campaign management, as well as developing your leadership and project management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage key client accounts and develop strong client relationships built around proactive insight sharing, project management and scope management.</li><li>Define strategy approach and lead the creation of strategic deliverables ranging from brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, creative briefs/decks, audience profiles, and consumer journeys</li><li>Shape and guide the implementation of strategic process across the agency</li><li>Partner with and mentor strategists to ensure strategic deliverables translate</li><li>Take ownership of client relationships—act as the main point of contact, respond in a timely fashion and ensure clients are aware of relevant project updates.</li><li>Manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. Identify any potential issues and ensure expectations are clear, realistic, and communicated.</li><li>Lead weekly client status meetings.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and the agency; communicate client expectations and make sure they are defined and documented to internal teams.</li><li>Understand agency services and key responsibilities for each cross-functional team member.</li><li>Lead internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met and ensure client deliverables are tracked in agency PM software. Oversee all existing project deliverables.</li><li>Work with internal teams to create and manage project timelines with clear milestones and deliverables.</li><li>Understand client business and marketing objectives and ensure the client’s needs and requirements are represented during strategy and planning formation.</li><li>Work with Analyst to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues.</li><li>Understand and manage client scope and billing process along with the growth director.</li><li>Work with agency leadership to scope new projects, create project/campaign briefs and put together client proposals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Expertise</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-4 years of professional, account management experience in a marketing-related industry, preferably at an agency.</li><li>You will need to present a communication presentation during the interview process</li><li>Ability to understand the dynamics of a client’s business and the sector in which it operates.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strategic, problem-solving and the ability to manage deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Management experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to interface with c-suite and executive clients</li><li>Team player with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals, and equally comfortable managing up and down as needed</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools (monday.com, Asana)</li><li>Strong office skills with expert level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Suite, Dropbox, Google Drive. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Culture at MADsense Studio:</p><p>Our people are our priority.
