Job Description

<p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Supervisor to oversee the technical operations within our wooden cabinet and kitchen manufacturing company</p><p>As the Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of technical processes, implementing best practices, and optimizing systems to enhance productivity and product quality</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the technical office staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance</li><li> Oversee the development and implementation of technical documentation, <strong>including drawings, specifications, Wooden cut list, Doors Forms, BOM, PO, Fabric Forms/ Request,</strong> and training manuals.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate the technical aspects of the manufacturing process, from design to final production.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production personnel to ensure the seamless integration of technical requirements.</li><li>Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in cabinet and kitchen manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential technical issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Analyze technical workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments, including sales, production, and R&amp;D, to align technical processes with organizational objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.</li><li>Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably in the wooden cabinets and kitchens industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of cabinet and kitchen manufacturing processes, materials, and technical requirements.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.</li><li>Proficient in using relevant software and technical tools.</li></ul>
