<p><strong>Disclaimer: Only apply if you meet this job’s requirements. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework: Create and execute efficient monitoring and evaluation</p><p>structures and procedures for assessing the effectiveness, results, and influence of the organization’s</p><p>programs and initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting and Documentation: Create extensive reports, progress updates, and documentation</p><p>regarding program performance, outcomes, and impact.</p><p><br></p><p>Performance Indicators and Metrics: Create and monitor performance indicators and metrics that are in</p><p>line with the organization’s goals and objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>Data Collection and Analysis: Carry out data collection and utilize suitable statistical methods to analyze</p><p>both quantitative and qualitative data.</p><p><br></p><p>Quality Assurance: Ensure that monitoring and evaluation data is accurate, reliable, and trustworthy,</p><p>and put in place measures that guarantee data quality.</p><p><br></p><p>Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with program managers, teams, and external partners to</p><p>ensure the integration of M&E activities throughout program implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary data and inputs for monitoring and reporting purposes.</p><p>Knowledge Management.</p><p><br></p><p>Establish and maintain a centralized database for monitoring and evaluation data, reports, and documents, ensuring that reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p>Technical Skills:</p><p>• Excellent professional verbal and written skills in Arabic and English,</p><p>• Experience in preparing comprehensive reports, progress updates, and documentation on</p><p>program performance, outcomes, and impact,</p><p>• Proficiency in designing and conducting data collection activities,</p><p>• Excellent research skills and knowledge of evaluation methods,</p><p>• knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods,</p><p>• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and processes is a plus,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><p>• High self-learning and research skills,</p><p>• Self-motivated and proactive</p><p>• Logical problem-solving and multi-tasking skills,</p><p>• Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure,</p><p>• Accuracy and attention to detail,</p><p>• Ability to act autonomously and use sound judgment and initiative in decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Communication and Teamwork Skills:</strong></p><p>• Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally,</p><p>• Willingness to help and support others,</p><p>• Willingness to listen and accept suggestions from others.</p><p>Flexibility and adaptability skills:</p><p>• Ability to respond positively to change and new organizational practices, structures,</p><p>procedures, and technology.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p><p>Required – Bachelor’s degree in public administration, international development, development studies, public policy, economics, sociology, and statistics.</p><p>Professional certification in monitoring & evaluation (e.g., Certified Monitoring and Evaluation</p><p>Professional (CMEP), Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (CMES), Advanced Monitoring and</p><p>Evaluation (AME), Professional in Monitoring and Evaluation (PME)) is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>3 to 5 years of work experience with a proven track record and exposure to quantitative and qualitative</p><p>analysis methodologies, operations research, reporting, assessments, and setting up and managing M&E</p><p>systems that track performance as per the objectives.</p>
