About Action Zone:<p>Action Zone is a newly established entertainment and team building company in King Mariout, Alexandria. We operate 2 paintball fields, and a green events area for other outdoor fun activities, like soap soccer, bubble soccer, team building, treasure hunt and inflatables. We target families, friends, birthday parties, school trips, corporate team building events, and anyone who wants to enjoy fun activities.</p><p>We have employees accommodation near action zone.</p>Position Purpose:<p>Increase company revenue by upselling and cross selling the company services to existing clients and sourcing new clients and handle the sales process with them. Target clients are birthdays, corporates, schools, and universities as well as individual customers. <span> </span><span> </span></p>Responsibilities:<p>1. <span>Create an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome and professional attitude.</span></p><p>2. <span>Provide accurate information concerning activities, games and availability through face to face, phone, email and social media.</span></p><p>3. Present and sell company services to birthdays, corporate team building and school trips, etc.</p><p>4. Prepare presentations and customized solutions using Canva.</p><p>5. Understand customer needs and negotiate the financial side of the deal.</p><p>6. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and track them on Odoo ERP system.</p><p>7. Effectively interact with other departments including finance and operations.</p><p>8. <span>Serve the walk-in clients by explaining the packages, rules of the games and taking money for activities</span></p><p>9. <span>Ensure that adequate stocks of packs and leaflets are always available at reception area.</span></p><p>10. <span>Always ensure the safety and security of visitors and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the back and front of the counter spotless clean as well as all equipment used by players.</span></p><p>11. <span>Lead and manage junior receptionist to achieve the company objectives</span></p>Qualifications & Requirements:<p>· 0 – 6 years of work experience</p><p>· Must be located near Alexandria, King Mariout or Borj ElArab</p><p>· Extrovert with strong sales and presentation skills</p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </p><p>· Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, or similar.</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.</p><p>· Good verbal and written English.</p><p>· Preferably owns a car.</p><p>· A professional appearance to be able to c<span>reate an excellent first impression</span> with customers.</p><p><br></p>Working Conditions:<p>· Work in Action Zone will be around 4 – 5 days per week with some more days work from home.</p><p>· Working hours: Working hours will be flexible based on bookings, with average 200 hours per month. </p><p>· Weekends and holidays are main working days due to the business nature.</p>Financial Compensation:<p>Total compensation is between 4,000 Egp and 7,500 Egp depending on the candidate experience and skills.
