<br><strong>Description<br><br></strong>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Scrum Master/Delivery Manager</strong> to oversee and optimize our AI-powered, technology-focused program in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of nine distinct AI-driven projects, ensuring optimal implementation, performance, and completion. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven experience in agile project management methodologies.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinate and manage the delivery of a multi-project program using Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives</li><li>Oversee program progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of each project within the scope</li><li>Work with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clear communication, remove obstacles, and address project challenges promptly</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and implementing best practices for agile project management</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations</li><li>Monitor project resources, ensuring optimal utilization, and coordinate with resource managers for any needs</li><li>Foster an environment that promotes Agile values and principles, collaboration, and a focus on delivering business value<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
