A master’s degree may be preferred.<p><br></p>Proven work experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with progressively increasing responsibilities.<p><br></p>Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.<p><br></p>Proficiency in using supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools.<p><br></p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.<p><br></p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with suppliers and customers.<p><br></p>Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive change, manage cross-functional teams, and resolve conflicts.<p><br></p>Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.<p><br></p>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a focus on continuous improvement.<p><br></p>Knowledge of sustainability practices, ethical sourcing, and regulatory compliance within the supply chain is desirable.<p><br></p>This job is provided by Shine.com
