This is a unique opportunity to work for an incredible firm on a truly iconic architectural project thats being heavily talked about across the globe.<p><br></p>Were looking for a Senior Design Manager to work on the client side who has strong design, leadership and stakeholder management experience to lead a multidisciplinary team, creating cuttiing-edge, holistic built environments.<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Masters in Architecture, Urban Design and/or Masterplanning </li><li>8-15 years of relevant experience </li><li>International design and construction of infrastructure projects </li><li>Strong design and management skills </li><li>Urban Design experience with a focus on masterplanning. </li><li>Experience working on an entire lifecycle of a project from pre-inception to post-occupancy. </li><li>Understanding of geographic, political and economic issues shaping cities. </li><li>Stakeholder management experience </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary approx 40-70,000 SAR </li><li>Healthcare. </li><li>Incentivised bonus scheme. </li><li>Mobile. </li><li>Housing. </li><li>Pension.</li></ul>
