We aim to deliver high-quality services to businesses across various industries, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.</p><p> </p><p>Job Overview:</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our TIC business in Iraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Iraq market in line with the company’s growth strategy.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with key clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service.</li><li>Conduct market analysis to understand the latest market trends and stay ahead of competitors.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives and client needs.</li><li>Represent the company in various networking events and trade shows to boost company’s visibility and potential leads.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our services.</li><li>Coordinate with the legal team to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.</li><li>Submit detailed activity and results reports, such as sales reports and revenue forecasts.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.</li><li>Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development or sales, preferably in the TIC industry.</li><li>Proficient understanding of the TIC industry, the Iraq market, and its regulatory environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.</li><li>Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willingness to travel within Iraq and occasionally internationally.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Application:</p><p>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p><p>Note: This job description may not cover all the tasks that the employee may be expected to perform.
