<p>Job Title: Quality Manager</p><p>Company: ALKBOUS COMPANY</p><p>Location: Amman – ALMUQAER</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Food science and technology or any field</p><p>Has at least 4 years experiences</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system, including policies, procedures, and standards, to ensure consistent quality across all operations.</p><p>- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics to assess performance and drive improvement initiatives.</p><p>- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance, and drive corrective actions.</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for product development, supplier selection, and production processes.</p><p>- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent ecurrence.</p><p>- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency and quality outcomes.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certifications.</p><p>- Provide guidance, training, and support to employees at all levels on quality management practices and techniques.</p><p>- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.</p><p>Advanced degree and certifications are a plus.</p><p>- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].</p><p>- Deep understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean).</p><p>- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the industry.</p><p>- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and drive</p><p>data-driven decision-making.</p><p>- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</p><p>- Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>- Experience in managing and conducting audits, inspections, and assessments.</p><p>- Proficiency in using quality management software, data analysis tools, and computer applications.</p><p><br></p><p>To Apply: Send C.V to hussein_alkbous@icloud.com</p>
