In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful deployment of AV staff for a large-scale project. Your primary duties will include assessing candidates’ technical knowledge, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to identify suitable profiles, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and overseeing the on-site deployment of candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing invoicing with clients and ensuring timely payroll processing for the candidates throughout the project duration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Technical Knowledge Assessment:</p><ul><li>Review and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications and experience relevant to AV projects.</li><li>Conduct technical interviews or assessments to verify candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles.</li><li>Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate capabilities.</li></ul><p>Client Liaison and Requirement Gathering:</p><ul><li>Establish a strong working relationship with clients to understand their AV staffing needs and project objectives.</li><li>Conduct regular communication and meetings with clients to stay updated on project progress and potential changes.</li><li>Ensure that AV staff deployed align with the specific technical requirements set by the clients.</li></ul><p>Talent Acquisition and Screening:</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and source candidates with the appropriate technical expertise.</li><li>Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure the right profiles are presented to clients for consideration.</li><li>Participate in the selection process, offering insights on candidates’ technical qualifications.</li></ul><p>Paperwork Management:</p><ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation for candidate placements.</li><li>Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate seamless onboarding and payroll setup for selected candidates.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns.</li></ul><p>Candidate Deployment and Coordination:</p><ul><li>Oversee the deployment of AV staff to client sites, ensuring compliance with project timelines and requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and project teams to establish appropriate start dates, work schedules, and reporting structures.</li><li>Monitor candidate performance and address any issues that arise during the project.</li></ul><p>Invoicing and Payroll Management:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients based on project milestones and contractual agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll and accounts payable to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing for candidates.</li><li>Monitor invoicing and payroll activities to resolve any discrepancies or issues efficiently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Proven experience in AV project management or a related role, preferably within a staffing agency or similar industry.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, systems, and solutions.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Proficient in using project management tools, software, and HR systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a temporary position that presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale AV project within our staffing agency.
