We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Forex industry. As a Global Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our organization’s growth and success. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and in-depth knowledge of various industries, more specifically fintech or forex, will be crucial in identifying and securing high-calibre professionals for various roles within our company.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent in varying industries.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and direct sourcing.</li><li>Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</li><li>Utilize behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ capabilities and potential.</li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and development.</li><li>Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Assisting other offices on a global scale which form part of the group with their recruiting needs</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Live in Dubai</li><li>Fluent in both English and Arabic, speaking and written.
