<p><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong></p><p>To govern and monitor programs/projects and leverage all tools, resources, and processes to ensure they can be delivered on time and within budget.<br><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the management and success of Program / Project</li><li>Reviews Business Cases Documents to ensure budget is monitored and value metrics are tracked for Value &amp; Reporting team during project duration</li><li>Develops and maintains program/project plan by gathering inputs from Delivery team</li><li>Develops and maintains budget by gathering inputs from Delivery team</li><li>Manages expectations of stakeholders impacted by program/project</li><li>Supports project/delivery teams and ensures teams are adhering to PMO processes such as change management, risk &amp; issue management, resource management, of the program/project</li><li>Ensures all materials can easily be consolidated as required by Portfolio Head </li><li>Facilitates and participates objectively in governance forums and ensures required stakeholders are present</li><li>Facilitates and participates objectively in daily for program formulated by work streams.</li><li>Facilitates and participates objectively in daily/weekly for program formulated by individual projects that are managed by Delivery project manager/lead</li><li>Proactively tracks and manages all risks, issues and dependencies related to program or project</li><li>Collects, analyses, and derives insights from data captured during program</li><li>Constructively challenges decisions and timelines to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Ensure quality management is embedded throughout program and project lifecycle</li><li>Works with and provide regular updates to Portfolio Head as needed</li><li>Maintains transparency on program status and ensure reports are clear and ethical</li><li>Ensure a true record of the completed project documentation is available on completion of the project<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>University Degree in Technology, Management, or equivalent</li><li>Total project management experience of 6-10 years</li><li>Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in delivering projects in banks in role of project management, program manager or portfolio manager</li><li>Previous experience in managing and working with teams</li><li>Project Management Certifications (PMP or similar) is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Skills<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in project management</li><li>Experience in delivering a series of complex and integrated software product solutions and projects is a plus</li><li>Experience in handling interdependencies and an ability to proactively resolve issues</li><li>Experience in governing multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Experience in managing various project management delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)</li><li>Experience of working with a cross-functional team</li><li>Experience in working with multiple third parties</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management capability</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proficient in PPM tools (Clarity), JIRA, MS project.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Excel, etc</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence</li><li>Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlines</li><li>Willing to learn, collaborate, go the extra mile and demonstrate a high level of integrity with the ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately</li><li>Demonstrates high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately</li></ul>
