Job Description
Location: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong>Language: Arabic and English</strong><p><br></p><strong>Day-to-Day Operations</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Leads the daily stand-ups, and coordinates with the project management team to align project actions with broader program goals. </li><li>Assigns tasks to team members based on skills and strengths. Ensure that work is evenly distributed, and deadlines are achievable. </li><li>Conducts regular code reviews to ensure the team is producing high-quality work, offers guidance to overcome roadblocks, and provides feedback to team members. </li><li>Conducts one-on-one meetings, group training sessions, or informal coaching. </li><li>In addition to writing high-quality code, the team leader supports the team members in debugging problems. </li><li>Meets with other stakeholders, including project managers, designers, testing team, etc., to ensure that the team is in sync with the rest of the teams. </li><li>Make sure that the required technical documentation, code comments, and user manuals, are up to date, and that all tasks status and tracking are updated in the repository.</li><li>Continuous Improvement </li><li>Regularly review and assess existing processes and workflows and identifies areas of improvement. </li><li>Fosters a culture of learning and development within the department and encourages team members to pursue further training in new technologies, brainstorm innovative ideas, and attend industry conferences to improve department performance. </li><li>Regularly evaluate the skills and competencies within the team and plan for upskilling where necessary. MIS & Reports </li><li>Regularly prepare and present reports to management on the status of ongoing projects.
