<p>The candidate for this position will be identifying new business possibilities increasing charter sales. Maintain existing clients relationship while developing new ones.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish a portfolio of clients, connecting with new clients through cold calling, networking, and online inquiries.</li><li>Conduct direct sales over the phone, email, and other channels.</li><li>Build relationships with prospective clients from incoming leads.</li><li>Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.</li><li>Developing knowledge and understanding of chartering process.</li><li>Building long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.</li><li>Managing charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report.</li><li>Achieving monthly and annual targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Possess an existing portfolio of clients along with a considerable network of potential clients.</li><li>Excellent organization and planning skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure carrying out several tasks at the same time.</li><li>Verbal and written fluency in Business&nbsp;English&nbsp;is a must, additional languages are plus.</li><li>Must have aviation, private charter &amp; platform operating β€˜Avinode’ Knowledge</li><li>Target Oriented</li><li>Creating sales reports.</li><li>Hardworking and flexible. (Available around the clock to attend clients requirements)</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills &amp;, problem solving.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in the aviation industry.</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and brokerage.</li></ul>
