<p>The role will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects through various method. The role will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Work with and update reports in the CRM System.</li><li>Populate contacts, interactions/engagements, activities, tracking, leads, documents, workflows, transactions, feedback, and any other data as needed in the CRM System.</li><li>Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products with prospective customers.</li><li>Schedule and update demo timelines in the CRM System and demonstrate the product usage to customers.</li><li>Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.</li><li>Establish, develop, and maintain positive and well-developed business and customer relationships.</li><li>Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, meetings, and various other methods.</li><li>Work closely with operations (accounts, administrative, logistics department) and customer support (marketing, business development and service department) to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.</li><li>Assist customers with complaints or inquiries related to products, services, or purchases.</li><li>Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.</li><li>Adhere to price lists while communicating with customers.</li><li>Provide customers with an expected budget, payment agreements, and delivery estimates.</li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</li><li>Draft contracts and oversee all purchase agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with customers regarding any unpaid invoices and ensure all pending payments are received on time and submitted to the accounts department.</li><li>Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and collection and status reports.</li><li>Provide management and notify marketing department with reports on customer feedback/needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</li><li>Attend all necessary trainings regularly to keep abreast of updates within the products/industry as well as to update technical knowhow.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Knowledge required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.</li><li>Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver presentations and demos tailored to the customer requirements.</li><li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate flexibility in the workplace and adhere to company policy.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Familiarity with working on CRM software.</li><li>Up-to-date technical knowledge of equipment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or any equivalent degree.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales role in the aesthetic or biomedical field.</li><li>Valid UAE driver’s license.</li></ul>
