Startup Incubation Coordinator
Job Description
<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate incubation programs to support startups through their early stages of growth.</li><li>Coordinate training programs, incubation services, demo days, fundraising events, mentorship, and guidance programs for startups.</li><li>Identify partnership opportunities and onboard partners with a solid reach-out strategy.</li><li>Scout startups for the incubation programs offered by the center.</li><li>Organize and facilitate events and workshops that strengthen relationships with investors, mentors, and other stakeholders in Qatar’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry experts, and other stakeholders to help startups access resources and gain visibility.</li><li>Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to startups’ incubation programs</li><li>Coordinate with other teams within the center to ensure that incubation programs are integrated with other initiatives and resources offered by the center.</li><li>Collaborate with other members/ecosystems to create a supportive and inclusive community for startups.</li><li>Onboard sponsors and partners for various programs related to startups by reaching out to enterprises, consultants, foundations, and universities.</li></ul><p><strong>Good to have skills/Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field – Preferred Fresher</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Good presentation skills and creative thinking </li><li>Passionate problem solver, go-getter, and outgoing character</li><li>Excellent English level, both written and verbal. Arabic language is a plus.</li><li>Present in Qatar</li></ul>
