Job Description

<p>The Negotiator is responsible for reaching the best possible settlements of clients’ enrolled debts, allowing for the – scheduling and processing of all fees.</p><p><br></p><p>- FULL training provided</p><p>- Working days: Monday – Friday</p><p>- Working hours: 4PM to 1AM Amman Time (United States schedule: 5am-2pm Pacific Standard Time)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Determines accounts eligible for settlement, based on account delinquency, client draft and trust balance, and clients’ other obligations.</li><li>Contacts creditors and/or collectors</li><li>Verifies accuracy of balances, account numbers and delinquency.</li><li>Negotiates the most favorable settlement possible.</li><li>Ensures that compliance steps are completed (e.g., client authorizes settlement, settlement letter is received and uploaded).</li><li>Stays current on settlement policies of major creditors.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fluent in ENGLISH is a must</strong></li><li>Motivated to succeed and highly driven</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Basic Salary: </strong>600 JOD + <strong>Commission</strong> up to 2500 JOD monthly</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Brand new office space located in a prime area in Amman.</li><li>Social Security provided.</li><li>Great company culture.</li><li>Frequent bonuses (Employee of the month, monthly bonuses, etc.)</li><li>Full training and support provided.</li></ul>
