<br><p> Context:</p><p><br></p><p>Super Novae (www.super-novae.org) is a French non-profit organization specialized on youth empowerment in conflict-affected countries, with a focus on employability and entrepreneurship. Its founding members have long standing experience in conflict sensitive environment and benefit from a wide network of partners in country. Super Novae combines the best of human brains to technological solutions to implement impact-oriented projects which can be monitored online on real time.</p><p>We manage a portfolio of projects worth nearly 10 million euros, financed by multilateral and bilateral donors. Our team is gathering 25 experts in International Development Aid with nearly 50% women. Always concerned about the well-being of people, the environment, and the future, we work in Libya, Yemen, and also Gaza and Tunisia. </p><p> <br></p><p>Our Communication:</p><p> </p><p>Super Novae is currently embarking on an exciting rebranding journey, one aimed at challenging and disrupting traditional viewpoints. Our objective is to invigorate our brand identity with enhanced creativity. Our revised approach features a dual-faceted communication strategy. On one hand, we’re focusing on corporate communication to increase Super Novae’s notoriety and demonstrate our unique expertise. On the other, we are spotlighting the human stories behind our projects, showcasing the individuals whose lives are transformed by our programs.</p><p> <br></p><p> Job description: </p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager/Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content for our digital platforms, managing our online community, and designing visuals that communicate our impact and vision effectively. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Tunis office, will work and report to the Head of Communications based in the office of Paris.</p><p> </p><p><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></p><p><strong>Community management</strong></p><p>路 Develop, implement, and manage social media to increase online presence (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and the launch of an Instagram account).</p><p>路 Facilitate online discussions and engage with our community to build a strong online presence.</p><p>路 Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews to optimize community engagement.</p><p>路 Organize events, challenges to build community and boost brand awareness.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Graphic Design</strong></p><p>路 Design, create, and manage compelling graphic content that aligns with our brand image and enhances audience engagement. This includes creation of digital media assets such as infographics, banners, social media posts, website graphics, email marketing templates, and other promotional materials.</p><p>路 Designing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>路 Collaborating on the design of project-specific visuals, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and themes.</p><p>路 Creating engaging animations or motion graphics for use in social media or digital presentations.</p><p> </p><p><u>Profile:</u></p><p>路 A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</p><p>路 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a community manager and graphic designer.</p><p>路 Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).</p><p>路 Experience launching community initiatives and managing social media.</p><p>路 Fluency in English and French</p><p>路 Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.</p><p>路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p> <br></p><p> Duration and benefits:</p><p><br></p><p>The contract will last 12 months. The mission will take place in Tunis.
