<p>We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and set up sales appointments</p><p>- Demonstrating our products and services to clients over the phone</p><p>- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering</p><p>- Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets</p><p>- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system</p><p>- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- English: Excellent both spoken and written.</p><p>- Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).</p><p>- Strong sales and negotiation skills</p><p>- Self-motivated and target-driven</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office</p>
