The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of modern Japanese desserts</li><li>Proven record of creating new dishes</li><li>Understanding of stock/par levels for correct ordering </li><li>Excellent communication skills – Must speak good English</li></ul>
