<p>Due to continued growth and expansion, our organisation is currently looking for an&nbsp;experienced <strong>SolarWind Engineer</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><span>The Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Network, ICT and technology monitoring solutions for our enterprise IT environment such as SolarWinds, NTI environmental monitoring system, Prometheus, AppDynamics and etc. This includes the development and implementation of dashboards and alerts, as well as the analysis and resolution of monitoring alerts and responsible of the case with vendor. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our monitoring products and solutions, as well as experience in IT monitoring and troubleshooting.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Please&nbsp;note&nbsp;that&nbsp;we&nbsp;are&nbsp;looking&nbsp;for&nbsp;candidates&nbsp;who&nbsp;can&nbsp;</span><strong>join immediately</strong><span>. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Project Duration is </span><strong>6 months</strong><span>.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain SolarWinds monitoring solutions for the enterprise IT environment.</li><li>Develop and implement custom dashboards and alerts.</li><li>Analyze and resolve monitoring alerts.</li><li>Work with other IT teams to ensure that monitoring solutions meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest SolarWinds products and solutions. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in IT monitoring and troubleshooting.</li><li>Proficiency in SolarWinds products and solutions.</li><li>Experience with other monitoring tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</span></p>
