<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain available to help with any matter related to making the stay of hotel guests a pleasant and memorable one.</li><li>Coordinate with the culinary department as well as Butler Service Team for the smooth delivery of in-room amenities for our hotel guests.</li><li>Create personalized in-room set up for special occasions such as birthdays, Honeymoons, and any other celebrations.</li><li>Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office Department for any relevant information required for Hotel Guests.</li><li>Keep abreast of all hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, and upcoming events in order to be able to answer guest requests and questions.</li><li>Have a creative and imaginative working attitude that will assist in creating magic moments and memories for our guests.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills And Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Operations and/or a similar school/college qualification</li><li>At least one year of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Preferably with previous experience working in a luxury hotel.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate that they can work in a multi-tasking environment effectively, be enthusiastic, positive in their nature, and have an excellent guest-handling manner.</li></ul>
