The company is headquartered in the United Kingdom with offices in a further seven jurisdictions across the world, and have grown their client base from 0 to over 1500 in just three years.</p><p><br></p><p>The company is renowned for its global ambitions, core family values, and advantageous position in the UK property and natural resources sector of the Republic of Guinea.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p><p>As Account Manager to the Head of Capital Markets, you will be a valuable asset to the organisation as a whole, in steering the company through incredible international growth. You will also support and work closely with the our UAE-based Account Managers, UK office teams, and company Directors.</p><p><br></p><p>Role and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>You will negotiate and write client business through our fixed income and private equity offerings.</li><li>You will develop a good understanding of all the business’ products.</li><li>You will develop a business sales, workflow, and brand awareness strategy.</li><li>You will identify new business opportunities.</li><li>You will attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate to represent the company and its offerings.</li><li>You will grow and manage the Business-to-Business (B2B) network.</li><li>You will comply with all compliance requirements and undergo the necessary training.</li><li>You will present business forecasts and analysis to the Head of Capital Markets and Directors.</li><li>You will manage all administrative, sales and CRM procedures.</li><li>You will develop, and streamline existing, working processes.</li><li>You will maintain excellent client care with the company’s HWN and institutional clients.</li><li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.</li><li>Must be happy with occasional regional and international travel.</li><li>Any other duties as required by the Head of Capital Markets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>The below experience is essential:</p><ul><li>Sales and business development</li><li>Financial services and/or asset management.</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Account Management</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The below experience is advantageous:</p><ul><li>Networking</li><li>Private Equity and Capital Raising</li><li>Public Speaking</li><li>Marketing and Events</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Finance related qualifications are advantageous, including: CISI, CII, LIBF.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Company Events</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Full work visa provided</li><li>International Travel</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary</strong>:</p><p>Salary negotiable dependent on experience.</p><p>Additional sales commissions.</p><p>OTE of £50-75k GBP.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position:</strong></p><p>Type: Full-Time, Permanent</p><p>Remote: No</p><p>Location: Dubai, UAE</p>
