Job Description
<ul><li>Work with key line managers within HIA in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies</li><li>Support with processing of Annual manpower budget and creation of SRFs in accordance to approved manpower plan.</li><li>Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process </li><li>Support with creating MAC proposal based on R & B policies.</li><li>Formulate and develop key R & B processes and procedures</li><li>Administer benefit programs and policies to all eligible employees and ensure that relevant plans, documents, notifications and forms are updated accurately. </li><li>Management of employee changes or salary increases which dont involve the recruitment department</li><li>Conduct research on Human Resources best practice and make recommendations as appropriate</li><li>Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process </li><li>Provide advice and assistance on the performance evaluation and development planning process </li><li>Advise on pay and other remuneration issues including promotions and transfers Communicate company policies, procedures and processes to the business </li><li>Gather data and statistical reports to inform the Business Support process </li><li>Assist with composing correspondence and memoranda, reports and documents </li><li>Set up, organize and maintain department records so that they are easily retrievable by department members <br></li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelors level</li><li>Minimum 5 years relevant experience<br></li></ul>
