Headquartered in Riyadh.<p><br></p><strong>An exciting opportunity is available for </strong><strong>Engineer,Business Planning, Located in Jubail, KSA</strong><p><br></p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong><p><br></p>Perform duties with respect to inventory management, pipeline sales, contract review, pipeline customers/suppliers & regulators communication, third party co-ordination, Annual production plan and monthly forecast preparation, price calculations, preparation of management presentations in Microsoft power point, develop charts/graphs and with proficiency in excel, maintain dept. database.<p><br></p><strong>KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare the forecasts in coordination with raw material and utilities suppliers and olefins buyers on an on-going basis, to ensure optimal capacity planning.</li><li>Coordinate/Liaise with Government Departments/Private parties/Neighbouring companies, in relation to the raw materials/feed stock supplies, Utilities and forecast of requirements business.</li><li>Update the dept, database and master sheets on productions, consumption, sales and other performance indicators on either daily, weekly and monthly basis and communicate to other dept. users on regular basis</li><li>Prepare and review the prices with the pipeline sales quantity for the month-end closing.</li><li>Prepare and review Supply Agreement for Utilities, Raw Material and the pipeline sales.</li><li>Develop and monitor the Economic model and olefin inventory management, in order to facilitate the decision making process of TASNEE’s management for overall profitability.</li><li>Support SABUCO plant with the tolling forecast and coordination with all parties</li><li>Work with other team members to prepare high level management presentations, charts, reports, analysis requested by dept.as per priority </li><li>On rotation basis with other team members participate in on call duty/Eid holiday coverage to complete/co-ordinate emergency/critical tasks </li><li>Perform other duties or assignments as directed.</li><li>Propose annual business plan contributors to the management.</li><li>Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. </li><li>Ensure compliance with EHSM, IMRS and Responsible care.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education/Qualifications Required:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Qualification and Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Specific Skills: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Time Management.</li><li>Business skills and understanding.</li><li>Planning and organizing.</li></ul><p><br></p>Tasnee employs over 4,000 people in Saudi Arabia and we value everyone’s contribution in making our business successful.
