<p>The document administrator collects, maintains and distributes all documents necessary. The successful candidate will need to maintain a well organised filing system and know how to complete vendor registration for the company needs in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>* Collect and maintain all documents to arrange an organised filling system</p><p>* Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation</p><p>* Perform as a point of contact for all company official documents.</p><p>* Imputing all documents on Microsoft Excel</p><p>* English language</p>
