<p>Born Interactive is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about visual communication and user experience. You should be a highly creative individual with a sharp eye for details. Someone who is eager to learn and to grow.</p><p> In your capacity as a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will report and work closely with the UX Lead, developers, and client servicing teams, to create and develop content and digital platforms that help Born Interactive achieve its objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of UX design: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of user experience design to create intuitive and delightful experiences that align with user expectations and needs.</li><li>User research proficiency: Conduct interviews, surveys, and other user research methods to gather valuable insights and understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.</li><li>Interactive prototype creation: Utilize tools like Sketch and Figma to create interactive prototypes that allow for user testing and validation of design concepts.</li><li>Intuitive user interface design: Design visually appealing and interactive user interfaces, paying close attention to user flow, micro-interactions, and overall user experience.</li><li>Information structuring and organization: Apply your expertise in creating logical hierarchies and navigation systems that align with user mental models and ensure seamless interactions.</li><li>User-centered design focus: Ensure that all designs are driven by user needs, goals, and preferences, employing user-centered design principles throughout the design process.</li><li>High-fidelity prototypes and usability testing: Create high-fidelity prototypes to gather user feedback and conduct usability tests to iterate and refine designs.</li><li>Visual design mastery: Apply your expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and branding to create visually compelling and consistent user interfaces.</li><li>Design system and UI library development: Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to promote design consistency, scalability, and efficiency in the design workflow.</li><li>Cross-platform design: Design user interfaces for various platforms, such as web, mobile, and desktop, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.</li><li>Accessibility awareness: Design interfaces with a focus on accessibility, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, can interact with our products.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring: Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in a digital or communication agency</li><li>University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or other relevant disciplines</li><li>Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with an outstanding portfolio showcasing relevant work.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.</li><li>Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.</li><li>Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries.</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Package is paid in fresh funds</li><li>Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications</li><li>After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage, full-fresh, within the company’s group insurance plan</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Location</strong></p><ul><li>Position based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel</li></ul><p><br></p><p> Candidates should be able to show outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
